Legs!!!
Ok, maybe its just me but IF you “don’t do legs” then you aren’t really trying to reach your full potential . I’m not vain or full of myself but if you ask to work out with me and I say, ok you can start tomorrow, leg day and you say…. “oh I don’t do legs” is it ok if I say ….. Nah, you can’t work out with me ?
I cant understand how someone can be ok with big arms and a six pack……. If you bench more than you squat…. That’s a issue. There are many guys on here that are pretty poplar that ONLY have pictures from the waist up.

So true! Legs are often overlooked as a vital body part to train.

The "older" i get, the more i think "legs" are the most vital part to workout both cardio and weight wise.My uncle is late 60’s and climbs mountains all over Europe. He always tells me..the human body is meant to move/walk.
Older porfessional athletes who are successful really push the core and legs as why they are still able to compete.Carlton Fisk-hall of fame catcher would go do squates after catching 9 innings in a MLB game into his early 40’s.
Good blog!!

I agree!!! I think some guys stray away from doing legs because it requires work and a lot of poundage. I love doing legs, the feeling after a great leg workout. Not everyone is a fan of squats and to have great legs you have to put in some time doing squats. It’s your foundation to the rest of your body.
