Legs!!!
Wednesday, November 4th, 2009Ok, maybe its just me but IF you “don’t do legs” then you aren’t really trying to reach your full potential . I’m not vain or full of myself but if you ask to work out with me and I say, ok you can start tomorrow, leg day and you say…. “oh I don’t do legs” is it ok if I say ….. Nah, you can’t work out with me ?
I cant understand how someone can be ok with big arms and a six pack……. If you bench more than you squat…. That’s a issue. There are many guys on here that are pretty poplar that ONLY have pictures from the waist up.
