Gym stories
From this day, I’ve officially been going to the gym consistently for the past month and a half. And I have to say I’m pretty damn happy about the progress. I can see shape forming especially around my chest and shoulders although i’m still trying get rid of the man boobs and extra flab around the core hahaha.
I was a former state swimmer ( 4 years back ) and unfortunately through lack of funds i haven’t had a real chance to swim cuz in KL it always cost money, there arent many free pools and my stupid college is lacking one!Yes, i’m a student who’s always broke and still relying on my parents for cash - graduating in 2 years : ).
Anyways, the gym is a funny place. Clark Hatch seems to take so much pride in their trainers but i think they need some reshuffling at my branch. Dare I say all of them have uninspiring bodies, out of the 5 of them none are fit! Believe it! And only one of them has a massive back which sad to say is just a shadow of his former glory ( apparently he won some regional competition 8 years ago and still brags about it ). 2 of them are as skinny as poles.. and 1 has a chest you may envy but a nice beer belly to boot.
Other than the trainers, I’m one of the only few college kids who go to the gym. However, just a few days ago 6 members of the badminton club for my college joined. They all came in at the same time, talking real loudly and socialising. Fine. Their choice. But what really pissed me off was when these kids had no clue what they were doing and were hogging the machines, and even worse sitting on the leg presses and the bench so they can chat furthur about cute guys.. DAMMIT!! To curb this nonsense i befriended on the girls and asked what times and days they plan to come.. so I’ll never bump into them again.
In conclusion: Lame.
