Not really, I just had a Double Quarter Pounder wit cheese value meal. TOO MANY CALORIES!!!
(I eat dirty 1-2 times a week, but how bad is the question….)
Just got abs/core tomorrow, I take Saturday off instead of Sunday now…..
Sun- Chest & Tri’s
Mon- Back & Bi’s
Tues- Leg’s, Shoulder’s, Abs/Core
Weds- Chest & Tri’s
Thurs- Back & Bi’s
Fri- Abs/Core
(30min Cardio Sun-Thurs, but usually on Tues I do light cardio. I also throw in a few heavy bag workouts but not this week, shoulder a lil sore.)

Gotta a lil pain in my right shoulder, I didn’t really notice it till I was hittin the heavy bag. When I was doin the shoulder press earlier in my workout, it was my left shoulder, kinda weird. Ill be aight….
Besides that, I’m sleepy, sittin in this damn computer chair. Imma do a lil more work before I go to sleep tho…

Whats up everyone, this is my first post (obviously), training has be been pretty good lately. Right now I’m working (or half workin
) as usual, listening to music. I got over 400 more tracks from last week to listen to… and then download and listen to this weeks. Back to the gym tomorrow….
