I added a few of my most recent workouts to the progress tracker and plan to add more of my past workouts as well as all upcoming workouts. I’m not sure how far back the log can go, but I found some of my tanning journals from the last 7 years of my training. Some are even as far back when i first started, so I plan to add in as many of these as I can in the next few months, so those curious of how I progressed to where I am now and what routines in the past got me here can finally find out. Also this will help trainers at all stages from just beginning, intermediate, to more advanced lifters by seeing what routines I used during all my stages. I hope this will also provide motivation to lifters just starting out or that haven’t seen much progress or change in awhile. I hope this provides some insight as to the steps I took in my journey from a skinny little kid in 1999 to the progress and goals I have achieved up till now.

So after a couple months absence from this wonderful site, bc of a few twists and turns life has thrown at me, I have finally returned. I plan to be back on this site daily and updating my workout tracker with my previous workout info. I have been getting a lot of questions about what kind of routine I use and what my diet is like, so for those that are interested be sure to keep checking back often. I will be trying my best to update that info on this site daily so anyone interested can follow along with what I am currenlty doing. Not saying my methods will work for you, but I definitely don’t mind sharing whats worked for me. Oh also I have decided to shoot for competing in bodybuilding again in the future, not sure when the first shwo will be but I will keep it updated. Thanks to eveyone that has left me comments and shared with me that I have helped them stay inspired in some way. it really does me a lot to me and makes me feel good to know my journey is giving hope to others.

Well I’m not really sure what to write about so I will start with recent things that bug me. First when will supplement companies learn that true bodybuilders are never on an empty stomach. I’m sick of products saying to be taken on an empty stomach…whens that? 1 hour after eating..2.3 or maybe 8-10. Why can’t they just say don’t eat with in 2 hours before or after taking this product…enough with the riddles. If I followed the exact directions I could only take certain sups only first thing in the morning and thats if I forget to take my middle of the night protein drink. I mean come on help us out a bit…..but hey thats just me
