					<description>2 hours after a meal you may still feel full of food, but your stomach has generally emptied. That's why meals should never be taken closer than 2 hours together.

Once you've taken the stuff, give it some time- like 30 minutes or so, then you can eat again....

					<description>OMG!  I feel you on this one.  I was just looking at labels of some of my supps and I was like, wtf? So WHEN can I take this?!  I'm sure there's no harm in taking it on a full stomach or a half-empty stomach... but it makes one wonder if it's actually gonna do it's job that way. =P Let me know if you've figured out a solution to this dilemma.</description>
