Well its a start
Friday, October 3rd, 2008I added a few of my most recent workouts to the progress tracker and plan to add more of my past workouts as well as all upcoming workouts. I’m not sure how far back the log can go, but I found some of my tanning journals from the last 7 years of my training. Some are even as far back when i first started, so I plan to add in as many of these as I can in the next few months, so those curious of how I progressed to where I am now and what routines in the past got me here can finally find out. Also this will help trainers at all stages from just beginning, intermediate, to more advanced lifters by seeing what routines I used during all my stages. I hope this will also provide motivation to lifters just starting out or that haven’t seen much progress or change in awhile. I hope this provides some insight as to the steps I took in my journey from a skinny little kid in 1999 to the progress and goals I have achieved up till now.
