Do you ever get emails like this? In the subject box it stated "question about BB.com article" Here’s the interesting email. "What if I injure my neck or back? Do you think it would be wise to make me lift regardless? thanks, mark"  Wow! What planet did this person come from.  Are we just producing more and more ignorant people these days. My friend ron Harris told me he get’s hundreds of emails like this a week.

I the long road of bodybuilding’s pursuit to be more mainstream well it seems they are trying with the announcement that "Pro Bodybuilding Weekly” will be added to Sirius Satellite Radio’s high profile lineup of programming. There is about 5 million Sirius subscribers so the assumption is that Pro Bodybuilding Weekly’s audience will exceed that of any existing bodybuilding media outlet, print or broadcast. Will see.

I used to like watching FLEX and even MuscleSport USA on TV but they took those off the air after what only a year.
