Anita Ramsey’s Muscle Update

I am starting my serious prep for the World Bench Wars 2007 held in  Lake George, New York again.  Raw bench work today and Saturday is Bench Shirt day…I’ll keep you posted on the workouts and maybe throw in a video clip here and there.  Today we are getting asnow storm, it’s great, I get to go skiing with family and friends at Toas, World known for it’s mogels. Yeha!

I thought I’d give you all a Muscle Update on the "Iraq Holiday Package."  I just heard from SSGT. Brad Messner’s wife Rachel.  SSGT. Messner is one of the troops we are sending the package to, it’s his unit - Notice the Red #1 on the Badge, that’s the BIG RED ONE!!! This is what Brads wife had to say:

"Hello my name is Rachel Messner and I am Brad’s wife.  He told me a little bit about your e-mails and I think that is so great what you are doing with the packages.  It’s nice to know there are people out there who still care.  I know Brad especially has become completely obsessed with lifting weights since he was deployed the first time.  When they are deployed there is a lot of downtime and they really need an outlet to let out all their stress out. Please let me know if there is any way I can help you out.  I am sending you a picture of Brad and three other medics.  Brad is on the right.  Thanks - Rachel"

No, thank you Rachel, we pray all the time for the safe return of all our troops, and we apreciate what they are doing and the sacrifice they make for all of us. Here is a picture of SSGT. Brad Messner with the rest of the A Team!

Happy Holidays Muscle Update Readers!

I love Christmas and the season. I already have my season ski pass for Toas and Angle Fire…Been doing lots of shopping for presents for all our friends and family. Have you done any yet?  Wait for the NEW Bodybuilding.com shopping giud and season Holiay gift idea article by me of course.  I’ve been training hard, off-season training is fun, you can eat lots and not worry to much about how you look. Benching 300 for 4 reps so far…Watch out!  

There are a couple shows left for the 2006 season, all coming up this weekend, my friends Jeff Taylor and Jon Lindsay both are promotros of those December shows.  Good luck to those entering them.

I know it’s been a few days since my last Update but as all of you know it’s the Holidays and for me the season makes me one very busy person. School homework comes first then workouts then eveything eles.

Hey, if some of you know I am sending a package to a unit in Iraq and only a few have made additions, those GREAT people are BIG Ron Coleman, IFBB Pro Jeramy Freeman, my friends with the Metal Militia, of course Bodybuilding.com, and me…I sent out many postings and emails and only these poeple have helped out. I just talked with Ryan, and he agrees, let’s all get together to send some tings to our troops.  Curtis and I have over 100 assorted bodybuilding magazines we are donating, and we are looking for fellow bodybuilders, fitness, figure competitors, powerlifters, and businesses to help get things to send to our troops for Christmas…Yes, a BIG Holiday package of Fitness goodies for the boys and girls of our military.
