The butt naked truth
I rose from bed pretty early this morning and decided to hop on my treadmill. Naked. I was curious to see how things look back there so I set up my camera and recorded myself walking and running. Call me crazy if you like, but pictures are not as revealing as video footage.
Well, lets just say there is a whole lot going on back there. I was unaware of all the jiggle, jangle, and tango my tush does on a daily basis. All these leg routines appear to be useless. I target my glutes, yet they still appear 'loose' (like ghetto porn star after the popular butt smack loose. You know, that ripple effect?)
A little ripple is ok, but my ripples look like the results of a boulder being tossed into a pond. I'm not obsessed about my arse. Just concerned about the look of my body. Did I wait too late to try to get in shape? Is there no hope for the peaks of mount bootay? I will see what happens once the bulking stage begins and I start to build muscle. Maybe I will see the glory after that phase.

Oh my dear dear girl!!! What on earth possessed you to video tape your behind whilst on your treadmill? I don't know, this is a mystery like who shot JFK and how the pyramids got built.
LOL but I assure you, weighted bench step ups / weighted lunges / squat.... ass will be bootylicious in no time ;)
I'm sure it already is though... just it'll be more so.

LOL @ a mystery like...how the pyramids got built. There is this dark side of my brain that says, "I think _ is a good idea. Lets try it." and the rational side shuts down and I say, "Sure, why not?" Believe me Heidi, it seemed like a really good idea before I played the footage back. eeekkk LOL.
Hello..!! Now I can lmao..!! Your blog was amazing definitely a classic for sure I had to read it a few times because I was laughing and couldn't focus. Unfortunately I think quite a few women might feel that way about there tush when there probably really isn't a real problem. You should try doing air squats before and after all of your workouts for a few to see if that can show some results for you..!! You'll be ****ght and I noticed your motivation level was at 7!!! I think you should raise that up and set the bar for yourself it might be difficult to accomplish your fitness goals if the motivation isn't there..!!
Now that's a funny think u did :)....Wish i would do that, Well, look at it like this: The best way to making a first step is acknoledgement. And if there is determination the other steps will follow.
If Moby and Allanis Morissete can do a naked vid....wtf not all the rest :P....

Also, it takes 1 second to get dissapointed and give up, but it takes a lifetime to get succes. Keep that in mind ;).
LOL Adock, I had to laugh at myself after doing this. I can be a bit silly and curious all at the same time. I do body weight squats before but never after the routine so I'll have to try that. You are right, there is no sense in getting demotivated, I need to step my game up for sure. Thanks for the support.

Ha...curiosity curiosity .....oh well its just another medium to motivate yourself ...but I agree MsHeidi ....squat galore and keep doing weighted regiments . With time u ll definitely get your results ....besides currently your in decent shape ....we all just fret because mentally progress is never quick enough ...I betcha if u d taken that video before you started exercising u d have had a whole nutha perspective.... keep grinding ...GD luck
