					<description>It is the X-Factor.  It ups the soreness.  I believe it's designed to make more micro-tears in the muscle than w/o it.  The idea is the more repair needed the quicker your muscle will grow.  Don't quote me on the theory, but every one I know who's tried ArA has the same feedback.</description>
