Sidney and I, and my daughter have been moving into our new town home this week…I feel like we have deadlifted so many times and have done the stair-mill for 5 hours… all of our bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and it feels like everything that we have dressers, beds, clothes, computer/desk and everything has to go to the second floor, what a hassel…then we are turning out basement into a entertainment/movie theater room so everything for that is going downstairs…boy oh boy talking about sweating your ass off…the only thing that goes on the main floor are the items for the the dinning/sitting room, and the kitchen and a half bath…well gotta run for now…have a great day to anyone who reads this…

Well yesturday was the start of my new diet…I like it…I ate/drank 270 grams of protein yesturday with about 2000 calories and 65 carbs…so I am excited and happy. I feel a little tired today, so maybe I am not eating enough calories with an hour of cardio in the morning and an hour of lifting at night…I am open to suggestions/ideas…I am hoping that with me taking in that much protein (and with my diet) I can lean out and loose this extra weight..I am at 199lbs and want to be at 180-185lbs…but do you think I will have to do more cardio maybe 2 hours instead? if so should I up my calories? I entered in to the OBF contest with BB.com which ends in August…should I step up the cardio in the beginning of July to loose the extra weight or start the two hours now? Any input would be great…

Oh Also one more thing, whole milk or 1% milk…let me know your thoughts…I only drink 4-8oz a day…I like and prefer Whole Milk but everyone is pushing towards 1%…Why I don’t get it? I know everyone says it is bad for you buy why is it bad for you? What will it do?

Thank you for your input!!!
Have a good one!!!

hey there - for those of you who read my blog yesturday and saw that i ate before I worked out or did cardio - I recv’d a lot fo responses about that…I understand that in order for me to loose fat I need to eat after my cardio and not before…but my sugar gets to low and I tend to shake and get very light headed by the time I get done doing my cardio (I have even passed out a couple of times). That is the only reason why I eat before I do my cardio…
On the other hand I have had great results by doing that, because that is what works for me (last time I did this workout routine and ate before I did cardio I was able to get down to 14%)…I am open to suggestions on what to take or what to eat before I work out that maybe doesn’t have as many carbs in it…If you have suggestions please let me know…

and for the record I am not a diebetic nor am I hypo/hyper glycemic either…

have a good one!

I do cardio in the morning for 30mins to an hour in the morning (after a packet of oatmeal), and then at night I lift weights for 45mins to an hour. I am excited….I need to write out my workout and my my weights, maybe I will start doing that tonight. What do you think, should you right down the weights and reps or do you try and remember it all?
