New Workout

I started my new workout yesturday, it really seems to work (at least last time it did). I do cardio in the morning for 30mins to an hour in the morning (after a packet of oatmeal), and then at night I lift weights for 45mins to an hour. I am excited….I need to write out my workout and my my weights, maybe I will start doing that tonight. What do you think, should you right down the weights and reps or do you try and remember it all?

looks like a good routine you have there… and about writing down your w/r does help it might add a few minutes to your overworkout time, if you limited for time…at the same time you dont want to be looking at your journal and not seeing improvement from time to time might just discourage you…just a thought
