			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I&#8217;ve been following this new lifestyle for a few weeks now and I must say I am very happy with it. My bodyfat hasn&#8217;t changed as much as I would like (but I think everybody wishes it would change/decrease faster), yet my muscularity has shown NOTICEABLE growth!</p>
<p>For someone that has lifted for over 5 years, seeing noticeable muscle growth is exciting! My body feels denser and my muscles look fuller&#8230;probably since I am feeding it right for once! What&#8217;s nice about this lifestyle is that I can adapt it to my goals (muscular w/ six pack), for example, this week I have really been working on WHEN I take my carbs, since when I have carbs (and what type of carbs) effects my insulin levels (which raises blood sugar levels and if the sugar is not used, it is stored as fat).</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll be sure to take new pics soon&#8230;now if only that sun would come out so I could get a tan!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last weekend I went to the Arnold Classic with my boyfriend. I&#8217;ve been twice before and love getting all the free samples, pics with pros, trying new equippment etc.</p>
<p>Besides all the great free stuff, I got to meet Milos Sarcev &amp; Family. I love Milos&#8217; training on thefitshow and my boyfriend and I were excited to meet him. We thanked him for all his free knowledge and ended up buying a 3-disk DVD from him that had a 2 hour nutrition segement &#8220;Secrets of the Pros&#8221;.</p>
<p>The nutrition was amazing and finally, for the first time ever&#8230;even after 5 years of lifting, I understand what it takes to EAT RIGHT. (I&#8217;m getting my Masters in Exercise Physiology btw). Now I plan my meals (more or less) the night before, pack food with me to have throughout the day, and truly feel like I am feeding my body right. I plan to make this new eating (mind you I said, &#8220;eating&#8221; and not &#8220;diet) as a part of my lifestyle&#8230;for the rest of my life.</p>
<p>Thanks for everything Milos! I hope to share amazing &#8220;before&#8221; and &#8220;after&#8221; pics with you and your family!<br />
