A couple weeks in

So I’ve been following this new lifestyle for a few weeks now and I must say I am very happy with it. My bodyfat hasn’t changed as much as I would like (but I think everybody wishes it would change/decrease faster), yet my muscularity has shown NOTICEABLE growth!

For someone that has lifted for over 5 years, seeing noticeable muscle growth is exciting! My body feels denser and my muscles look fuller…probably since I am feeding it right for once! What’s nice about this lifestyle is that I can adapt it to my goals (muscular w/ six pack), for example, this week I have really been working on WHEN I take my carbs, since when I have carbs (and what type of carbs) effects my insulin levels (which raises blood sugar levels and if the sugar is not used, it is stored as fat).

I’ll be sure to take new pics soon…now if only that sun would come out so I could get a tan!
