The N. Carolina weather is great compared to the heat in Texas. The base is beautiful, green and plenty of trees. I had a great workout that started and ended with the walk to and from the gym. It’s about 2.5 miles and I enjoyed every minute of the walk both ways. I posted my workout under the BB.com workout tracker on my body space. The workout tracker has been a great tool for me to track my routines and progress. The change of scenery and facility were welcomed, but “there’s no place like home”. I will be back at 24 HR Fitness in Texas Friday. Well that’s all for now. Focused & committed to living fit!

I also added 30 minutes of moderate cardio at the end of each resistance workout. I’m feeling great and I’ve received quite a few positive comments on my physique. I appreciate the comments, but I’m still no where near my goals yet. The comments do let me know I’m headed in the right direction and that fuels my fire. I’m committed to drive my body fat percentage down and lean muscle mass up. It’s down to dedication, consistency and diet at this point in my training. Well that’s all for now. Best wishes to all my fitness comrades here at BB.com.

This just tells me I need to make adjustments and work harder. Nobody said transition would be easy. I’ve already started to adjust my workouts to include 20 minutes of cardio after my resistance training. I hope to keep my workouts around 90 minutes per session. I will being working on my diet.
