					<description>For me...nutrition is at least 50% if not more the reason for my success. Got a long ways to go...but I am getting there. Went from 35% BF to 25% and hoping to be at 18% by October.</description>

					<description>I’m currently dealing with a minor setback. A recent MRI revealed I have a pinched nerve that has been causing pains in my right leg. I’m scheduled for a medical procedure to address this issue. I haven’t been in the gym in two weeks and I miss training. I continue to watch my diet. The doctors will perform the procedure and I hope to start therapy soon. I look forward to getting back in the gym to resume training. BodyBuilding.com member profiles continue to motivate me to think positive and stay focused on my goals.
