Routine Adjustment
I am adjusting my workout routine. My plan is to increase workout intensity and stay in the 60 to 75 minute time frame (time spent in the gym). I will use a four day split working: chest/day 1, arms/day 2, back/day 3 & legs/day 4. The plan is to work in abs/core work every session and to do 15 to 20 minutes of low impact cardio to complete leg days. Hopefully this change will stimulate new muscle gains.
