Routine Adjustment
Monday, September 22nd, 2008I am adjusting my workout routine. My plan is to increase workout intensity and stay in the 60 to 75 minute time frame (time spent in the gym). I will use a four day split working: chest/day 1, arms/day 2, back/day 3 & legs/day 4. The plan is to work in abs/core work every session and to do 15 to 20 minutes of low impact cardio to complete leg days. Hopefully this change will stimulate new muscle gains.
