Time for Adjustments

Workouts have been going great. I guess I have work to do on my diet and cardio. I’m not happy with my percentage of body fat (27%). I moved from 25% to 23% and now I’m at 27% with a goal of 15%. I weigh 210 lbs with a goal of 200 lbs. This just tells me I need to make adjustments and work harder. Nobody said transition would be easy. I’ve already started to adjust my workouts to include 20 minutes of cardio after my resistance training. I hope to keep my workouts around 90 minutes per session. I will being working on my diet. Well that’s all for now. The plan has been stated, now it’s time to execute.

For me…nutrition is at least 50% if not more the reason for my success. Got a long ways to go…but I am getting there. Went from 35% BF to 25% and hoping to be at 18% by October.
