Life Is Good
I had a good workout today. I completed a 20 minute stability ball routine, 30 minutes of cardio on the tread mill and 20 minutes of abs/oblique work. Chest, shoulders and triceps are on tomorrow’s menu. May has been a good month so far. I missed working out the entire month of April due to an injury. Twenty days into May and I’ve completed 15 workouts. I’m eating clean and feel great. Now it’s just a matter of time and I should be hitting my targeted goals.
