Sweet Progress
Thursday, May 22nd, 2008I had a great week. All five of my workouts went very well. I’m looking forward to two days of rest, so I can come back strong next week. I’ve been getting quite a few compliments at work that let me know I’m making progress. I’m sure I’m gaining lean muscle mass because my weight hasn’t changed and everybody thinks I’m loosing weight. I’m eating six clean meals a day and feeling great. I will continue on my fitness journey. I wish you all the best and have a great holiday!
