Diet plan
Friday, July 31st, 2009So Last week I began a new diet plan. I went for 3 days on a no carb diet, I felt like I wanted to die, but some how my will power came out from hiding and stepped up. I cut my salt, and now use accent or fresh herbs and spices and I cut my sugar. After the 3 days, I moved to a low carb diet, probably intaking a total of 10 carbs or less a day. I am reading labels, I never knew how much crap our everyday commercial items contained. I have lost 8 lbs, I am feeling great and looking great. Thank you everyone for the continuing support!
