Pole Dancing

Friday was a rest day for me and I took the opportunity to try this class I have been dying to try, Pole dancing fitness.   Of course, being a beginner, I was a little skeptical about how much "fitness" was actually involved with pole dancing.  But to my surprise, it was a really great workout.  The class lasted 1 1/2 hour that required many upper body and grip strength moves.  I had a great time and for the money it was a GREAT way to use my rest day for something productive.  I was even sore!  I look forward to taking many more classes.  Who knows, maybe I won’t be a amatuer to much longer!

Let me introduce my self….

Forgive me for being a little shy.  I decided in Jan.08 that I wanted to compete in figure competitions.  In that decision, I realize that I must loose a significant amount of body phat in order to achieve that goal.  I began my program 5 weeks ago, Jan. 15, 2008.  I know that I have a long way to go.  I hope to gain valuable information, support, and motivation to meet my fitness goals.  Wish me luck!
