Pole Dancing
Sunday, February 24th, 2008Friday was a rest day for me and I took the opportunity to try this class I have been dying to try, Pole dancing fitness. Of course, being a beginner, I was a little skeptical about how much "fitness" was actually involved with pole dancing. But to my surprise, it was a really great workout. The class lasted 1 1/2 hour that required many upper body and grip strength moves. I had a great time and for the money it was a GREAT way to use my rest day for something productive. I was even sore! I look forward to taking many more classes. Who knows, maybe I won’t be a amatuer to much longer!
