After 3 months of rehabbing two dislocated ribs, it’s time to jump back on the horse.
I have literally not been able to do ANYTHING for the last three months - it was an injury I definately hope not to experience again, so it’s going to be a slow start back, but atleast I know I’ll see progress with even the smallest changes, right?

I’m taking time off from running (my main cardio workout!). My hip has really been bothering me lately, so I’m scrapping running until I get home (3 weeks) and will be doing the stair-stepper and bike. Any suggestions for good cardio workouts on either one?

I did really good for about 4 days straight and then I let myself have a pack of peanut M&Ms. Big mistake. That just opened the flood gates….disappointed in myself? Yes.
A little over three weeks and I get to go home and back to my real gym
Yay

These next few weeks my time is going to free up so I’m going to try and stick to this schedule, possibly doing each muscle 2x/wk. My foot has been bothering me, I’m just hoping it will hold up until I get home and get some new shoes/supports!
Have a great week everyone!

School has consumed my life these past couple weeks, but good new is that we only have two weeks left after this week. Whew. I’ve still been getting to the gym on a regular basis and my workouts have been really good. Everything is getting stronger. With this extra stress I have been binging and I really need to find another outlet. This week has been good as far as eating habits go, last week…not so much. I’m trying to keep it between 1300-1600 calories most days of the week. And I need to remind myself to be patient!!! I wish results came within the first couple days…don’t we all?
I really can’t wait to get home though so I can nail down my schedule and eating habits with NORMAL food that I usually eat
A little over 4 weeks….
