well i’d like to start this blog out …to thank JPhillips17 on my excellent diet!
wow! he really knows his stuff, bc i’ve been on it for not even two weeks and i’m seeing results! ALREADY! not only am i eating wayyyy more, but i have alot of energy which feels fantastic!
I didn’t realize how much my food intake effected my training…i mean i know it did to some extend, but what i DIDN’T realize was how little I was eating which was truely taking away from training.
I’m feeling so great and super strong! I love lifting heavy…it’s so…empowering!
I did 5 pull ups on my own the other day without any assistance, and you should have seen my face…! I feel like i won the lottery or something! I was elated!
That being said, I really would like to thank my trainer Travis White, for beating me down 5 days a week, and really being so supportive in my goals and dreams. His training has REALLLLY changed my body…i mean when he found me in "group fit classes" IE: cardio kick boxing….and power flex…lol…i could barely do 12 real push ups. And NOW…well now…i can do push ups in the craziest angles and positions.
Thank you T for ALL you’ve given me and done for me!
With Travis White and Jason Phillips by my side, I feel like i can conquer the world!
