But I notice something about myself maybe there is in others too. I alway put a timeline of when to quit junk food and stuff and when to train, it wil be like 1st of the month or Monday blah blah blah... But actully if I want to stop doing somethnig bad and start exercising or anything that thing I want to successed I must drop the act of timeline and start doing it in this sec.

When do you workout? If you haven't tried yet, working out in the morning may help. It helps me wake up and have energy to get through the day. I have no problem going to sleep and getting about 6-7 hours. Keep rockin it though! Hopefully your sleep pattern will settle out for you.

One good foundation is good sleep. I have problems sleeping at times and if the next day I feel wiped out I try to catch up. As good as your looking missing a workout won't hurt. What will hurt is not being totally rested which opens you up for risking injury.

To be stared at and bothered while you are at the gym, Sweating your ass off, just trying to finish that last set is not something i would wish on anyone, Sounds like you need to put a little more weight to your routine and agree with lulu, if you need the looks from others perhaps you are doing this more for the vanity then the actually definition but either way you look great keep up the fabby work, might check out msfitness she has some great routines in her blogs. GOOD luck

if your doing this just to get looked at then maybe that isnt the right reason to exercise...BUT i too have seen your pics and you are very pretty so maybe pple are staring at you just not for the reasons you would like...maybe you should think of ways to make your routine more intense..whether its running just a little bit faster or lifting a heavier weight or doing 50 more lunges...there is always a way to modify...if there is one thing i learned from this site even with all its information is that...this all takes time &amp; effort along with trial and error...I think that has to be part of the process to find out what works for you :)
