10 sets of 10!
Monday, April 14th, 2008Anybody looking for a good lat burn? My training partner and I do 10 sets of 10 pull-ups (5 wide grip, 5 close in) for a great start to a back workout. Actually we are pretty fried by the time we do pull-downs but try it for a good burn. Did the workout tonight and I’m feeling pretty good.
It is week 4 of our company Fitness Challenge that I developed for our team. We have 30 people on board and so far we have lost 134 pounds! Everyone is doing great but I can tell that people are starting to lose steam. If there is anyone out there that has done a corporate fitness challenge, any ideas would be appreciated!
