Over trained
Yep, overtrained a little….very tired, so I took the day off. Tomorrow I will be back in the as usual. Im not eating very much to be honest. Its not good for you to not eat, it makes you tired. I’m kind of used to the ups and downs of contest dieting though……3 shows in 3 months is alot to do. This one is probably the most important and biggest one I will ever do. I want to do it right, but now I am paranoid about my "look" even though my look got me 1st in one show and last in the next. Truth be told…I will be happy to go back to my 130lbs and lifting heavy. Being ripped means being weak…not liking it.
I have recently reloaded pics to my now repaired laptop and I have to tell you its pretty motivating. 3 years ago (or less) I was thinking I looked fabulous, but every year I think I look a little better. Probably cus I look a little more muscular, but still better. So I really want people to take lots of progres pics. Even if you don’t post them here, print them out and hang them up so you can do a side by side comparison later on. You will truly be amazed and change is addicting..progress is addicting.
I know Im rambling a little. Im starting a new article on calories tonight. I have to get started.

Hey Fern… good blog here, I can relate. I know I have overtrained myself quite a bit. But thats on me… sometimes I just can’t help myself. I get myself sssooo mezmorised in my workouts… they get so intense!!! As far as the pics go, I take many, but I only post a few… compared… yea, I can see I have made awesome gains recently… progress is… Very Addicting, fer sure!!! Keep up the Awesome work Fern, as I know you do!!! Yer new avi pic is very sweet… you look Amazeingly Awesome!!!
