I know fitness has changed me inside and out…I could never go back to the person I was before I discovered the weight room Age is just a number, unfortunately because I’m ‘only’ 26, I’m supposed to be drunk/passed out in a bar somewhere and getting up early to get a workout in isnt ‘cool’ but as long as you are true to yourself and what makes you happy…to hell with the negative people that try and bring ya down!

Winners always have angst about something. That’s part of our drive. We don’t give in and we don’t succumb we just keep pushing for no other reason than the fact that we can. The object(s) of our focus doesn’t have to be any one thing like bodybuilding but instead whatever we want it to be. We love life, ourselves, and others. It’s always a great day!

I can SOOO relate to the over 30 woman statement! And the whole… nothing but mommy (which I LOVE), wife, work, hubby (don’t always love so much) , and TV all night. This change for me is ABOUT me. It’s MINE…it’s who I want and WILL be. I can’t wait to help to inspire others as you have. Keep up the hard work…it makes a difference to more than just you!
