					<description>Hey Fern, gotta be careful about recommending people do total body more than three times a week.  You don't want them to over train.  Just because you're having success with your wacky workout program doesn't mean it'll work for anyone else, especially beginners.  Actually, you'd probably be getting better results if you cycled of the crazy free form workouts and did slow and structured for a while.  Think about it.  It makes sense.  Steve</description>
