Back and bi’s….okay lats too
lets see……30 of cardio at lunch. I sprinted uphill a few times on the treadmill and just tried to keep my walk over 3.5 mph. I’m hungry quite often, but am eating alot of food. I just had a steak actually. One more meal tonight and I can get some needed sleep. I still have serious DOMS in my quads and have to do hams tomorrow. I found some new stuff I want to try. i may look like an idiot,but I will be a fit idiot. chicken-legs sat near me at the gym tonight…I so want to say something, or invite him to do legs. NO, I AM NOT MAKING FUN OF A SKINNY GUY!!! he has a big upper body (not as nice as you would like to think, Mr Machismo) and the legs of a 12 year old girl. i swear to GOD his calves are about as big as my arm, but he wearshis big old lifting belt and talks on his cell phone. I have seen him out where boaters hang out and he thinks he’s super studly. NOT. What is with that? I mean, does he not have a full length mirror at home. is that medicine cabinet disease?? Okay, enough about him……..
I did back/bi’s and lats. I did mucho upright-seated bent over , and overhead rows. I did lat pulldowns, single arm pull down, pullovers. I did preacher curls, regular, hammer curls , curls on cables and curls on a machine. yada yada yada… I was a little tired actually. I havent been sleeping much because I have been going to bed way too late in order to get everything done in one day that I have to. It’s nuts. i get up at 6, get to work by 730, do cardio on my luch hour, work some more, get home about 530, eat again, hang with the kids and get to the gym at 7 pm or so. then I am there til about 830-9pm sometimes, get home about 9 or after, eat again…kiss the kids,,,,,,,strangle the kids actually and now its 930 and I am cooking food for tomorrow. Oh, I did cardio tonight too. My nutritionists quest for me to do more and more cardio is killing my life. I’m sure there are mostly stay at home moms or wives in competition because no one else really has the time to work and keep a training schedule!! Crap, where’smy sugar daddy? I posted a new quad shot in my progress pics, let me know if you can see my teardrop, okay?
I have to go check my chicken…..NO dummy, not CHOKE my chicken,,,hahaaaaa

Yes, Fern, I sure do see those teardrops … two legs, two teardrops. They are there! Your schedule is incredible. Working from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM - yikes! All I can say is, buy Lotto tickets. Now that I think of it, I believe you live near the Foxwoods and Mohegun Sun casinos. Take back the kids’ allowance and put it all on the Don’t Pass Line at the craps table. LOL As for me, my dental visit went fine this morning. The dentist’s assistant, although cute, wasn’t in your league, kiddo! Get some rest. Tell the kids to make their own breakfasts on Sunday so you can sleep in! All the best to you!

I can see it! Great legs. You know, everytime you put up a new photo I have to go check myself out in the mirror to see if I’m getting the same definition from my workouts. Maybe if I turn my leg this way, and squeeze my butt that way, if I twist my arm back to the point where it’s about to pop outta the socket maybe I can get my tris to show like hers and if I can only……… lol. Thanks for the motivation!

Checked out your legs progress pic you can see a little bit of a teardrop You still look lean even tho your eating more in this phase of your diet! Keep up the good work

You are killing me. That is so freakin funny…I feel bad for chicken legs…but damn I hate people in the gym with cell phones….Keep it up…

yeah i have the worst work sheldule i dont get home from work till 12am then have to wake up at 6 to work out tiring im growing to slow. lol i see alot of dude in the gym allways wearing sewats and there small ass legs but like you say massive upper body just on push and they’ll tip over.
