I did chest and tris today. My shoulder is twanging again….kind of more towards my anterior delt. I only benched 105 on the smith and 60 barbell. I was a little off my game. On the UPSIDE I got 100 on the pec fly!! I think I could have done more, but it was a pretty big jump from my usual 70. It’s weird how certain bodyparts can jump up in weight, yet others stay kind of consistant. I also am trying to do more dips, but they are a bit of a shoulder strain too. I can get 12 pretty easy, but the second set wipes out my shoulders. For tri’s I use the cables and am really trying to do everything individually for symmetry purposes. I also love the tricept dip/press……when you are doing it you are thinking, "oh yeah baby" and even though you know your face is probably all contorted…..you don’t give a crap………it feels THAT good! I got 70lbs, up 10 from last week and 20 from the week before. Also up is my cable workout for chest. I am doing 70 on each on, sort of doing a press across my body. I do one arm at a time and actually touch my upper pec to see exactly where it is hitting. Yeah, I touch myself in the gym…so what? Thats how I learned what was contracting during an exercise. I touch my butt too….hehe
I added in a day of just forearms and calves recently ,as these two areas seem to be the stragglers that don’t get much attention. I don’t want to be one of those people with a "problem area". I’m seriously into looking balanced and proportional to my height. Like I have said before, I need to gain about 7lbs. This will bring my off season weight to about 125, so if I drop 5-10 to compete, I will still have some good solid size for my height.
So, I added weight on other stuff, but really it’s too much to list. On the DOWNside……..NO-Xplode isn’t doing much for me……..the Endorush seems to work better actually and I stopped using it because it’s $4 a bottle and I was drinking the whole bottle at one. The label says caution….but I developed a tolerance. Oh well, tomorrow is an off day and then I think I will give the arms a rest and do abs and lower back on weds.

I did legs for the usual hour and 1/2, maybe it was 2.I don’t really keep track. I took the NO-Xplode. I can’t say it’s making me Superwoman yet. I did have coffee before that though. I do like the taste and it didn’t bother my stomach. I got some samples of Syntha-6 and holy crap!!!!!!!!! that stuff tastes awesome even when mixed with water!!! I probably can’t afford it though. I splurged on th NO-Xplode as it was.
Anyway, here are some stats

I didn’t squat too heavy, my knee was twanging. Only did 135
Leg press 200 plus the sled weight

Not too impressive, but it has been raining and it makes my joints creaky. I had Lyme disease and sometimes it bothers me.

I just wanted to let you know before you see it, that it may be pretty lame to some. I just wanted to say hello and talk a little. I’m still kind of a shy person, but it shows the human side of me that pictures can’t. I am trying not to be just a 2 dimensional person!! Off to do legs. I think Sundays are my favorite day. I will be there for at least and hour and 1/2. I’ll let you know if anything exciting happens………very doubtful unless another squirrel commits suicide by falling on my car. yeah, that really happened!!! One in a billion chance and of course it happened to me. Poor thing, at least it was a quick death and I didn’t run the little bugger over.

trong>I just drank my first 6 oz’s. Lets see what happens. Truth is I have had alot of coffee and it may wreck my good buzz if there is one to be had. I love a good coffee buzz. Off to the gym. Today I want to hit up some forearms and calves. Just need to tweak these areas, so I am targeting them today. Tomorrow is big legs day. This is week 3 of bulking. Last night I did shoulders and a little upper back. I really am losing my schedule as I seem to be training areas as I go, not sticking to a schedule as much. Lifting heavier is much different. You probably don’t need to spend as much time lifting as with lighter weights. So, I can hit more areas twice a week rather than once for a solid hour. My traps are smoked today. I am now doing shrugs with a 45db in each hand. it sucks because I don’t have a great grip and could shrug more, but its hard to hold major weight in my hands without grip failure. I’ll let you know about the NO-Xplode when I get back.

I just got home from my Friday night at the gym. Trying to post a few videos right now. If you have any ideas for videos, please let me know. (no requests for nude video will be taken at this time.thank you very much!!!) I mean some kind of workout. I was sneaking around the gym and there were just a few people there, but they kept coming near me. I was trying to be discreet actually. I didn’t want to scare anyone off. To the women..you CAN workout and will not get huge unless you have major testosterone!!! You will still look like a woman!!!

I went to see male strippers with my sister and her friend last night. Women are nuts at those things. I do believe the last time I went was a good 16 years ago. I now remember why. It’s pretty funny as an observation kind of thing. But seeing a guy in a thong is just not my thing. The pisser is someone put money over my head while I didn’t know, so the dude comes up to me and has to rub his slippery body on me(it was my back at least). Sorry, just doesn’t do it for me! The upside is he had talked to me earlier and turns out he is a choreographer and gave me his card. That guy can dance, so if I need a routine for bodybuilding in the future, I know who to call. Then there was the ab comparison because suddenly my big sis is my biggest fan and has to announce loudly that her sister has better abs than the dancers. A couple people had to touch me to see if it was real. It’s like you get a few muscles and you become like a freak of nature. Kind of sad in a way I guess. I’m not exactly a hulking bodybuilding chick. I don’t go out much though and people when drinking, tend to say alot more than they would sober. I even got hit on by a drunk woman. Okay, it was all flattering…I admit it. But I guess if I can’t be financially secure I get to be physically secure, right? So, my night ended with meeting some new people, a couple who go to my "sister" gym, the bartender is a personal trainer at yet another gym,and a couple of really cool women who were actually nice to me because they know my sister. All pluses in my book. Tonight I am going to the gym and doing bis I think, bis and back. I am bringing the new camera to mess with and take a couple videos if I can get some time alone. I had a few requests for specific things. I will try to remember to talk in them, but I don’t want to make myself stand out if someone is across the room and I am over in the corner talking to myself like a schitzophrenic. PEACE OUT

On a daily basis, I eat pretty clean. I am trying to up my calories at present, but I never checked them. I don’t go by calories. I go but fat,carbs and protein.
6 meals a day approx.
1. oatmeal with 2 splenda and a couple boiled eggs sans yolk
2.Protein shake (double)and a bag of almonds.
3. boiled chicken breast and veggie like broccoli,spinach or green beans (frozen) I vary this meal with a can of tuna mixed with salad. yestrday I had one of those mini whole wheat bagels and made a sandwich with my tuna salad
4. protein shake again (okay, I had brownies tooooooooo)
5. dinner was chicken and salad. The only other option was hamburger helper my mom made for the kids. Didn’t look too tasty. No carbs after a certain time of night.
6. Protein shake or cottage cheese. I sometimes eat a little leftovers. Salad is easy this time of year.
I’m not real strict right now with my diet. I don’t have a show coming up, so I don’t need to be as lean. Plus lifting heavy, I want to get in enough food to sustain muscle. I have become a big fan of whole wheat pasta , yet I forgot to pick some up. I like to pre cook all my chicken on Sunday night and freeze some. I can just take out what I need and throw it in a container on top of frozen veggies and head out the door. Then I nuke it for 2 minutes. I’m lucky we have a fridge at work. I also love turkey burgers and you can pre cook a bunch of them too. I had pizza on Saturday night. you don’t have to be a saint to eat better. It’s hard with kids, but if you have pre cooked for for when you need it, you have won half the battle. Try switching white breads and pasta for whole grains. I am apparently sensitive to carbs. They cause bloat…….gross I know! American eat too many carbs. If you are eating 6 times a day, small meals and low carbs and fat, you will drop some weight. Atkins was right somewhat. But mix it up with a "cheat" day to spike your metabolism. don’t go nuts! Try not to do too much cardio. Your body becomes used to the easy stuff. You need to be struggling to get a response it seems. If it’s easy, kick it up a notch! This is the same with weight training. You stagnate if you can do 12 of something, slap on another 5 or 10. Keep challenging yourself and you will see results. Trust me. I have been there, done that even in the short period of time I have been training. Summer is coming, we will all be out and about and going to picnics and parties and laying on the beach. Lets not be ashamed to put on that bikini or swimsuit!!!

I’m going to test this. I like other BSN products, they really work for me. I am trying to add size without adding fat and I know this is difficult. I’m thinking Monica Brant size, not too big , not too small, sexy and still all woman…………I think I have enough will to get the job dome. Every curve and new muscle I feel is major excitement and keeps me going. There is nothing better than seeing the result of hard work. You know, I picked up the new Planet M, and am pretty dissapointed in all the muscle magazines. Why are all the guys ripped and all the women soft? I could show you a picture of me when I never worked out , had 2 kids and was a size 0……………big deal. Then they have some woman working out and she has 3 lb weights in her hands. Are we really supposed to take that seriously? Do you think if anyone worked out with 3 lb dumb bells, they would look like that? Yopu may as well flap you arms and click your heels and wish to go back to Kansas…….it AIN’T happening ladies. Perhaps I have become a muscle snob? Perhaps I just don’t like the way women are portrayed as weak? There are plenty of us out here who loved the ripped, vascular shit just as much as any man…..There are probably as many women, if not more, than men who actually go to a gym regularly. even if it is Yoga(which I couldnt even begin to do!, it’s hard!!). Face it, America has a facination with muscle. A big guy or girl walks down the beach and they get started at. You are amazed, admit it. But then you probably say it’s steroids and dig back into your bag of chips……………. I think I am going to be a pain in the ass and write to every muscle magazine and ask then where the strong women are. Where are the women of figure and bodybuilding? The ones who do not do steroids? The ones who deserve just as much respect, if not more, for having a full time job and kids to contend with before they find time to hit the gym. I’m not a womans lib freak. I wish I were a stay at home mom and had a big daddy to foot the bills…………..but I am divorced, so it’s just me and the rug rats. Anyway, thats just my rant for today.

I dropped my old one. Since I discovered video, it’s a whole new world. Anyhooooooooooooo…………I am just changing my profile pics for fun. I am not posting anything in my gallery until the end of the month. I want noticeable gains. Who wants to see the same crap over and over again. the same chick over and over again? That gets boring I’m sure. I want to be taken seriously here. You can’t if you don’t have anything to offer. I offer real before and afters, from MOMMY to HARDBODY. So, if I say I am bulking, you bet your ass I will have something to show for it. Let’s face it, some of us are genetically pre-disposed to certain things. I wasn’t in good shape, but I ate at McDonald and never really got bigger than a size 5. I was mushy though and certainly did not have a bikini body. I had a 44 inch waist and gained 50 lbs with every pregnancy. I’m lucky that i do not have massive stretch marks. Although many people have them, men and women. it’s very common. People have airbrushed pictures in magazines and this is a great place to go if you want to see pictures of real people, no touched and re-touched photos.
I am currently searching for an online program to become a personal trainer. I do not think it’s anything you can find locally, hands on. I just went to work this morning and know I don’t want to be there in a couple years. I love the people I work with, but it isn’t for me. To wake up and do something I love everyday and help people, would be fantastic!!! I do see women in the gym and I want to say something, but am not sure how it would be received. There’s a terribly thin girl of whom lift with the cables a little, but she will do at least an hour on the stair mill. She is PAINFULLY thin. I want to tell her to skip the cardio, she doesn’t need it at all. I would like to know what she is looking to gain in the gym. Just out of my own curiosity.
Well, have to go to bed. I have been staying up way too late. I did chest and tris and a little bit of lats. My quads aren’t so bad today. I wish they hurt more, but they are still sore. I posted a quadsweep profile pic. I think I see a change. Oh, tomorrow I want to talk about my bulking diet………..

I have been uploading videos of me at the gym. Okay, I look like crap, but it was kind of fun sneaking around with my cam. People ask me about my abs, so maybe I will showcase them next time, but of course I am not as lean as I was before. I ate like super pig today. 2 banana,4 boiled eggs, oatmeal, chicken ,broccoli (twice) fried rice, another banana, small bag of cookies (hey, it was small) salad…..I am stuffed. I really killed my quads yesterday, so I figured I had better eat alot to help them repair and grow. I had trouble walking up stairs and as you know, day 2 will be even worse. I can deal with it, in fact, I enjoy it. I took a night off because I had a Zyrtec for allergies and was sleepy, so I took a nap instead of the gym. Tomorrow night I will do chest and tris. I’m taking the cam with me on friday night. I may do a light legs for some instruction for people who asked me to help them out and show them some of my routines. I know I am not the biggest chick around, but it’s only been 6 months since I really started hitting the weights. Oh, I dropped my camera and will try to get a new one. My old one works but sometimes stuff comes out fuzzy and not useable at all. I was pissed, but that’s just my kind of luck I guess.
I found some definite shows I want to do in October and 1 in November. It basically comes down to finances for traveling and hotels. I have all my stuff. I would love better suits too, but that isn’t going to happen. I just have to make the most of what I got and work my ass off to come out #1 this time. I try to remember Monica Brandt and alot of fabulous figure women of whom I admire, don’t win alot of stuff. It is who is most memorable that counts!!
