Liddell lost!!!!
Okay, I wrote a post that said I have a bad taste in my mouth about this fight. i didnt get to see it as I do not have PPV, but my brother tells me Chuck got smoked in round one!!!! Don’t get me wrong, I am a Liddell fan. I like his style, but this Jackson guy seems like an animal. Chuck was having a great run and I was thinking he was getting cocky (who wouldnt when they have pretty much kicked everyones ass?.nature of the beast) so perhaps he didn’t train as hard, perhaps his own confidence did him in? People talk about fighters being cocky. Well shit, if you were going out there and not talking about how you were going to win, you’d be lacking some serious self confidence. Anyone who competes in anything knows this to be true. If I were going to do a competition, I go there thinking I can win. Thats why we compete!
Sorry Chuck, your time is apparently up. I am sure there will be another opportunity to get your belt back. I am still a fan of course even if you lost.
I’m doing legs today. I am trying to up my stats. I’llpost later, Until then , enjoy your long weekend and wear your sunblock at the beachy! Melanoma kills!!!

I got to watch the fight and it was actually a good fight up until Chuck got caught with his left down at his side and Rampage tagged him right on the button. I agree with you that Chucks time is up. Rampage is a beast though so for Chuck to get another shot he better train his ass off, or hope that someone else (dont know who) will work Rampage. All the fights were actually really good. The guys that Fight MMA are freaking animals anyways. Good to see there are other fans on here. Have a good one.

I think the pride guys fight harder actually. UFC isn’t always hardcore like the Pride fights. Sometimes those guys come out with some insane aggression. It appears they are juicing because they are in other countries and I am sure it isn’t regulated.

Well, I saw that fight and let me just tell you, Chuck never really seemed confident. It was like he was nervous and didn’t want to stand toe 2 toe with Rampage. Chuck kept backing up and Rampage was able to land a nice one on him and when Chuck went down, Rampage just kept on him. I really was hoping Chuck would last longer in the fight because I wanted to see Rampage slam him…lol. Can’t wait for the next UFC PPV fight!!! I watched it over at a friends house, but our local Hooters gets the fight and puts up a big screen outside and doesn’t charge to watch the fight… great way to see it free.
