THOUGHTS OF A FITNESS FREAK

I have had it with your rude anonymous emails and comments.  I am a single mom of 4 struggling to pay the bills just like everyone else.  For once in my life after a miserable abusive marriage I wanted to feel good about who I am.  I will not allow myself to be crapped on by some miserable invisible people who hide  behind a computer.  The only people who want to keep you down are those miserable people who want to drag you down to their miserable level. Just know that what comes around goes around and that when I am happy with the new life, and yes, I am getting a new life as great things are happening for me lately because I DESERVE them, that YOU will still be sitting here slamming others for years to come. I, on the other hand, will hopefully be helping people learn to like themselves more and feel better about themselves. Because jealousy is a disease bitches……….the strong shall survive and I have survived far worse than many of you will ever know…………..

Im back after an exhausting day.  I went with my friend Dom and so was feeling kind of left out in the changing room because everyone seemed to know each other.  In hindsight, I wish I had crossed over to open figure because my class of 35+ had no height class, so you have to go against much taller and shorter  women sometimes and they have totally different proportions.  Anyway, I did place top 3 and so I can do bigger shows and move on up the line.  I am hoping to post a video of the show when my friend sends me a copy.  its so weird watching yourself up there.  You are trying to smile and your cheeks and twitching like mad and you have to hold that pose for what seems like hours!!  It is certainly a rush though. Now, on to the fitness atlanctic bikini comp on the 28th and then maybe time off to bring up my quads before hitting another show in perhaps July.
