Aha, back to the plan ladies and gents! Now that the "new ness" of hubby being home is over (uh, yeah, major booze and food) I am getting back to the groove… First FULL week of being back on track with diet and training. I am back on my 4 day split (leggies 2X week) and cardio 6 days a week. Friday and Monday are my "off" days but I am trying to drop the 3 lbs. I packed on in the last few weeks.. SO I am hitting cardio one of those days- FRIDAY!!!! So, getting CRAZY on the running and sprints today PLUS some of the stairmill to really burn it home!!! I started taking a new supp that I LOVE!!!! LIPO 6- no I am not sponsored by them… I really love the energy it gives me and it really kills the sugar cravings.
Back on my regular diet now which is essentially chicken, broccoli and some yam/basmati rice… Also consuming about 13-1400 cals per day while I diet down… Then I will pick it back up to about 15-1600 cals per day..
Yeah, it sucks but the less you weigh, the less calories your body needs at the maint. level. My hubby is 215 and eats TONS!!!
