St. Patti’s Day Cardio Blitz
Ahhh.. completely off the meds now and back in the gym. Working up to about 75% intensity now. Monday is usually my off day but the hubby comes home in 20 days so I am in the sprint stage of my fat loss marathon! HOW am I going to do it you ask? TONS of cardio PLUS total focus PLUS a mild keto. YUMMY!!! So tomorrow is St. Pattis day and I am about 80% Irish (my grandmothers maiden name is ***an)- Yep, you guessed it. I likey the drink!!! BUT I need to stay focused and my eyes on the prize!!! SO- Here is my grand plan for my St. Patti’s day Cardio Blitz- In lieu of my regular "chest" workout on Tuesdays (HOORAY I don’t do much chest anymore
)
Warm up- 15 min of HIIT on Eliptical
Triceps and abs-
Triceps- Skull crushers- 4 sets to failure
Triceps- Superset close grip push up- 4 sets to failure
Abs- decline oblique twists w/ bar- 3 sets to failure
Triceps- Rope pressdowns- 4 sets to failure
Triceps- Superset single arm overhead dumbell presses- 4 sets to failure.
Abs- hanging ab raises- 3 sets to failure
Abs- superset cable crunches- 4 sets of 15
Abs- oblique cable pulls- 4 sets of 15
Stairmill- SS for 20 min. followed by high incline bike for 10…
