					<description>My friends call me Mr. Gumball because it would not be unlike me to eat a whole bag of bulk gumballs in one evening.  Talk about a sugar junkie.  But I have been eating clean since October and one of the ways I do it is to always eat something every 2-3 hours.  Even if it is a face full of turkey slices or raw veggies.  I get into potential danger when I let myself get super hungry, that's when rational thought seems to get pushed to the backseat.  But I find if I always have something in my gut I am fine (of course, this gets hardder during those cutting pahses, but raw veggies are like a miracle food for me),</description>

I buy Friendship brand 'whipped' cottage cheese &amp;amp;#38;amp; I mix in a little choc.protein powder and sometimes natural PB and a little stevia(i gave up splenda) it's pretty tasty!  :-)  other than that I have some new teas that help as well...

I have set aside 2 nights per week to have them. If I continue to loose weight I'll keep doing it. If I don't loose weight I'll have to give up 1 night or exercise more on those 2 nights to compensate lol

But then again I'm still a fatty :) at the moment, when I become a lean, mean Adonis I might want to give up the crap and go full hardcore pro bodybuilding and eat nothing but good stuff.

But for the time being I hope I can continue to have my choc and chip nights and still get good results physically :)</description>

I just hate bringing that stuff in the house cause I know if everyone else is eating it..... I'll want it so bad and give in. I hate it when that happens on those kinds of foods.
