POLL: I would give my right arm for a…..

(insert junk food item here).  UGHHH sound familiar?  Man, I am so craving sugar!  What the $%&^ is wrong with me?  Yes, ok I am just about to get a visit from Ms. Monthly but I have not been on a sugar tear in quite some time!!!

Right after my last family member left for the holidays, my son and I threw out ALL the junk that was in our house that "those people"- you know as Chicken Tuna says:  " The crap pushers".  It was A FULL BAG of crap.  Chips, dip, cookies, cake (I don’t even like cake!), pie, cheese (the fat laden kind), etc…  Now I am back to Chicken, vegis and the occasional Whey protein cake.  Not so bad!

POLL:  What kind of junk are YOU craving?  How are YOU handling your cravings?  I would love to hear from you!

Cya!

A big giant bag of ripple chips! Oh man that would be good. Instead I get casiens protien and water before bed. At least I won’t regret it in the morning.

I’m not, if I want something I get it, just try to keep it in moderation. Usually that helps me get through any cravings I may have.

My weakness is pizza, and I do have to totally stay away from that though.

I’ve been craving a big mac and chicken nuggets for a week… But whenever I start gettin hungry for em, i shake up a mini protein shake or make a healthy sandwich. The cravings go away! But good job and fight the good fight!!

Well right now a pizza from pizza hut sound so good. Oh… ya lets not forget those new chocolate bread sticks they have OMG those things are so damn good. I just hate bringing that stuff in the house cause I know if everyone else is eating it….. I’ll want it so bad and give in. I hate it when that happens on those kinds of foods. Pizza……..Bad.

Wine. I gave up alcohol about a month ago to save on calories and the social component is missed!

I crave chocolate and potato chips lol

I have set aside 2 nights per week to have them. If I continue to loose weight I’ll keep doing it. If I don’t loose weight I’ll have to give up 1 night or exercise more on those 2 nights to compensate lol

But then again I’m still a fatty :) at the moment, when I become a lean, mean Adonis I might want to give up the crap and go full hardcore pro bodybuilding and eat nothing but good stuff.

But for the time being I hope I can continue to have my choc and chip nights and still get good results physically :)

My friends call me Mr. Gumball because it would not be unlike me to eat a whole bag of bulk gumballs in one evening. Talk about a sugar junkie. But I have been eating clean since October and one of the ways I do it is to always eat something every 2-3 hours. Even if it is a face full of turkey slices or raw veggies. I get into potential danger when I let myself get super hungry, that’s when rational thought seems to get pushed to the backseat. But I find if I always have something in my gut I am fine (of course, this gets hardder during those cutting pahses, but raw veggies are like a miracle food for me),

Hooters wings keep calling me. Just love those things. But I am happy to say that I’ve stayed true and is has been 2 months since I’ve had them.
