I’m BACK to BS and my lame weekends
Saturday, November 8th, 2008Good news and bad news. Good news is that I am BACK on bodyspace and able to dedicate more time to motivating all of you folks and getting motivated by your fabulous successes! Bad news is that my husband has gone back overseas to the war and I am back to my regular "Saturday night" line up of Cops and AMW (with the occasional bliss shot).
It was a WONDERFUL 2 weeks while my husband was home on leave. We packed so much into that time frame: Took the harley out on a few long spins, hit some biker bars, installed a flat screen TV, bought a new fridge, bought new lights for our house, installed speakers in the gameroom upstairs and went out to a few clubs. OH YES, I also had some fun showing him my "pole" moves. I bought an XPole (yes it is a stripper pole) and installed it in our bedroom. I am getting pretty darn good at it too! He LOVED IT! I did not go to off plan as far as my clean diet. Ok, yes I had a few pieces of candy at Haloween and drank WAY too much alcohol, BUT we had a BLAST!!!! He is a bodybuilder and a gym junkie as am I so we hit the gym almost every day. I LOVE training with him, he pushes me hard. PLUS he helps me with pull ups since I SUCK at them!
Alas, he had to go back. Seriously, I think it was more difficult seeing him go back this time then it was when he first left. I suppose I know what it is like without him for that amount of time. However, it gives me more time to drop my bodyfat to 13% which is my goal by the time he gets home in March…
Went to have my BF tested tonight when I hit the gym for a make up Leggies/Abs day. SUPRISINGLY I am down both in weight AND BF!!! Ok, only 1% less but I really thought I would have gained weight with him here, with all the booze I consumed. I guess all the extra cardio (wink wink) helped!!!
