SUNDAY- The day to begin anew!
Ah yes, some say Sunday sucks but I see it as a chance to start fresh! Since I was sick most of last week, I only got in 5 days of training with only one day of leggies.. YIKES! Sunday, today, was cardio. SO, I mixed it up a bit! Practiced on the pole (some new tricks) for about 45 minutes. HOLY COW, that is really tough! I mastered my climb and tackled the basic invert. Over the holiday I plan on learning some more combo moves and working on my inverted climb (that one will take some practice!!!). I can’t wait til I can really rock on that thing!!! I plan on posting some pole moves in the next few weeks as I get better at it! By no means am I graceful, yet, but I am getting there and making progress! I have a new respect for all these gals who do it every day…
Also took the pup (ya know the one with the mullet) for a 2 mile run. He loved it! I thought the pole was MUCH harder than the run!!!
Anyway, enjoy your FRESH week! Remember, Pumpkin Pie has 450 calories AND Pecan has over 800!!!! Choose wisely! Me, I will be at the gym!
