Beginning Carb Depletion

Haven’t blogged in a while now!  Been really busy with work and taking care of my son.  He is slacking off in school so now I am the warden at home, I HATE that!  Why can’t kids be more responsible?  LOL- RIGHT!  He is much better at his age then I was!  I guess I should count myself lucky for that..  Anyhew, I started my carb depletion today, well this afternoon.  I am taking my very first professional fitness/bikini photos on Sunday so I am trying to drop some H2O over my muscles prior to the shoot.  I have never done one before but my hubby said that I need to go under 50 grams per day.  So, I am just going to cut out the cottage cheese, vegis and PB.  It will simply be eggs, chicken and tuna for me my friends!  Here is my plan, feel free to critique!

Meal 1:  4 egg whites w/ 2 oz chicken

Meal 2:  Whey Protein Shake

Meal 3:  6 oz chicken

Meal 4 (post workout):  Whey Protein Shake

Meal 5:  6 oz chicken OR 6 oz tuna

Meal 6:  Casein Protein Shake

 

I am going to try to do another video series on Cooking Clean in the next week or so.  Right now my mind is focused on my husband coming home on Military Leave (in 12 days!).  We have not been, you know, "together" since JUNE so I am sure you can ALL guess what will be going on here!  Yeee hawwww!!!
