Friday BLISS or is it?
WOW- Friday night, my son is with his dad for the weekend and I am watching the dumbest movie of all time drinking a bliss shot ALONE! Just a few months ago, I would have been at happy hour TRASHED by now, hungover all day Saturday eating a bunch of crappy food then complaining about my body. I would not trade this night for ANYTHING other than maybe having my little one and husband with me!
Great week, still on track with the clean eating. A bit disappointed as I am in day 22 and only down to 132.2 lbs. Total weight loss of less than 4 lbs… Ok, I am a bit bloated (hooray mother nature) so if this will hurry the hell up and get over with, I can take an accurate scale measurement.
On the subject of bliss shots, I really like them! Don’t get me wrong, I also LOVE to drink I mean LOVE IT, but need to get to my goal weight before I add alcohol to the mix. I am totally determined to make this happen.
I am an avid wig collector, I mean funky fun wigs ALL colors. Right now I am up to 15. So, I thought it may be fun to take some pics of me posing with them on! Not sure if I will post them this weekend or after mother nature comes and goes, depends on the bloat!

Your the best - how funny, take pic’s with the wigs and the bloat, who cares!!!!! Do a search on alcohol on bb.com, there is tons of literature of how alcohol hurts bb goals.

Keep working hard girl!!! It will pay off in the end. My cheat night is saturday night, I have pizza, wine (1 glass red shiraz is my drink) and a desert. then I am ready to eat clean for the week. You are doing awesome, 2 lbs per week for weight loss is perfect!!! Peace! J~

Your doing great you do not want to drop it too fast. I mean you did not gain it overnight. Although it is so much easier to gain then to lose. Keep it up you will get there just imagine your goal and you can achieve it. Funky wigs haha looking forward to it. Nothing says sexy like a green afro lol.
