			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I got up @5:30am and did some ab workouts before my son got up. I decided to update my measurements and I found that being in week 4 of my 5 week routine I&#8217;m losing fat and gaining mass! So now I&#8217;m getting that pyramid effect!! YAY!! I seen that I&#8217;ve gained weight but I don&#8217;t mind seeing I&#8217;ve lost inches!!!! I&#8217;m taking Z-Force witch has Tribulus in it, and I&#8217;ve been on them for about 3 weeks now. I think they&#8217;re great but some of my friends think I&#8217;m crazy for try it out and say I&#8217;m cheating this way. Ya know I think I&#8217;ve done right for me! At least I looked into it before I bought it. I made sure it was safe for omen to take. Unlike my friends that will jump on the &quot;New&quot; fast weight loss fat blockers that just hit the stores. I want to know what I&#8217;m taking. Anyways, I feel great and I&#8217;m starting to look in shape!!!! Hot Damn! Thank you BodySpace and all my friends and the people that dropped me lines to keep me going!!!

It&#8217;s the only way I can seem to let things go without hurting others. Sometimes I feel like I could just beat the hell out of ppl in the streets, OVER NOTHING! I mean is it bad to push myself that hard? I know it&#8217;s good to blow steam. Anyone else feel the same?
