					<description>Funny you asked, because last night I ran 3 miles then did my workout after working 15 hours because a soldier pissed me off.  I alomst disrespected  my senior leadership because I was upset.  My soldiers asked if I was headed to the gym because they KNEW I was upset.  So yes its better to get at the weights LOL</description>

And yes about the prejudice against muscular women.  A lot of people think muscular women are gross.  I don't get it.

If you are building muscle, it might be awhile 'til yo see a difference on the scale, though.  Muscle weighs more than fat!  Measure yourself with a tape instead.  You'll see the improvement and be happier. Long term, all that muscle will be burning more calories, and you will lose more fat with a sensible diet.</description>
