Beating myself up.
OK I was just wanting to know if anyone else does this. When I get pissed and ready to brawl, I go workout and kick my own ass till I’m ready to fall out. It’s the only way I can seem to let things go without hurting others. Sometimes I feel like I could just beat the hell out of ppl in the streets, OVER NOTHING! I mean is it bad to push myself that hard? I know it’s good to blow steam. Anyone else feel the same?

Funny you asked, because last night I ran 3 miles then did my workout after working 15 hours because a soldier pissed me off. I alomst disrespected my senior leadership because I was upset. My soldiers asked if I was headed to the gym because they KNEW I was upset. So yes its better to get at the weights LOL

Violence against people is wrong. Unless they are just in your way or generally stupid. Either way works for me!
