Another training day
Hey guys, yesterday we trained with our trainer again and it was just a 35 min session that about killed me.We were suppose to be there at 2pm, so my husband decides that he wants to get chinese food and it takes 25 min for us to get it and then we had to drive another 10 min to get home so by that time it was 1:15pm. I hadn’t eaten since about 8:00am (i know thats bad) so I had to hurry and eat then go to the gym (bad idea).So this is what we did:
3 sets of 15
pull ups (with help of course)
using cable machine we worked arms
(2) 10lb weights standing lunges
Side lungesÂ
that’s what we did in 35 min and my heart rate was out of control. I didn’t finish the last set of legs because i started feeling sick,hot,and light-headed at the same time so I know it was time to stop and take a breath (im glad i did). I really don’t know what happened maybe it was because i really didn’t eat or i ate of fast. I should have eaten at least 2 hours before working out my trainer said. Well besides that nothing to more exciting did do anything for Halloween or this weekend at that (what a boring weedend).
Well my favorite college football team is Wyoming just because my brother-in-law plays QB there and Saturday he didn’t an awesome job so I was pretty excited for that! Well I guess that is all for today until next time….Peace!
