Training Day…
Thursday, November 6th, 2008So yesterday after our workout, I got weighted and I ended weighting 156 lbs. WOW! gained 6 lbs…that sucks.
This morning I thought my legs and butt were going to fall off
this is what we did.
30 min eliptical
Using 10lb weights, 4 set of 15
Standing lunges x 2
Standing lunges, pulsing 2 times x 2
Ok let me explain this one….Basically stand on your side with arm extended on wall and left opposite leg for 30 count leg left,after 30 count go right into squats 15 count.
1 min. closed leg wall squats
1 min. wide leg wall squats
Ahh! Those workouts really work your inner,outer legs, glutes, and hips. You can definitely feel it the next day.
Nothing else exciting going on. This weekend Wyoming Football going on in Tennesse and once again brother-in-law starting, yeahhhhhhh!Well until next time….Peace!
