Wow! So today I went to the gym for a Health Assessment and wow do I have a long way to go. This is what I found out:

Body Age: 27 compared to 26 (I just that’s not too bad)

Body Composition: Weight 146 lbs, Lean Body Mass 105 lbs, Fat Mass 41 lbs = Body Fat % 28.1 (geeeez)

Flexibility: Sit & Reach 11.5 in

Strength: Bicep 50 lbs. (which is average)

In 2 month I can go back and see how much I have progressed and I hope it changes. I know its only been 3 weeks but Im ready for a change. On the 27th I will be putting more progress pics up so stay tuned.

    Hey these stats dont sound bad—dont be too hard on your yourself–at least you have made this choice to change your health, this is a journey and not a destination — so remember that…its worth every step you take. I am proud of you!
