Saturday, August 16th, 2008Wow! So today I went to the gym for a Health Assessment and wow do I have a long way to go. This is what I found out:
Body Age: 27 compared to 26 (I just that’s not too bad)
Body Composition: Weight 146 lbs, Lean Body Mass 105 lbs, Fat Mass 41 lbs = Body Fat % 28.1 (geeeez)
Flexibility: Sit & Reach 11.5 in
Strength: Bicep 50 lbs. (which is average)
In 2 month I can go back and see how much I have progressed and I hope it changes. I know its only been 3 weeks but Im ready for a change. On the 27th I will be putting more progress pics up so stay tuned.
